{Back to the Earth} Art Exhibit & Opening

Greetings from Cleveland! This Art show Back To The Earth will be on display at Tara Seibel Art Gallery: 12107 Mayfield Rd Cleveland, Ohio 44106 in the historic Little Italy district from Friday, October 5th (Little Italy Fall Art Walk) until Friday, December 7th. The gallery will be open on Thursday, Friday & Saturdays from 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm (look for the sign on the sidewalk outside presti's bakery we're upstairs) OR can be made by appointment 216.375.0760 I'll be happy to unlock the door! Here is a sneak peek at what's inside!

Incredible fine pencil botanical drawings done by Cleveland's own artist Cathryn Kapp. Original hand-kilned glass bead work by Nicole Mawby. Earthy Arts & Crafts inspired pottery by Mark Nafziger coming right out of Ohio's own Sauder Village. Fabulous drawings by well-known illustrator Ralph Solonitz, nature paintings by LA based Toni Waggoner (not shown yet but will be soon as her paintings are still drying!) My paintings below were captured from the nature center at Shaker Lakes.

More work I've created for the show is hand-crafted journals and cards for many occasions and framed prints. A sample illustration of my children is on display. Take note : I do children illustrated portraits for patrons on request.  A variation of asian, middle-east, and bohemian inspired earrings, bracelets & necklaces with semi-precious high-quality stones & silver strung with hemp yarn. Beaded necklaces boast mini watercolor paintings captured in antique frame pendants.  Crocheted scarves made with silk yarns from Italy incorporated with blingy beadwork. Original comic art sketches, and illustrations. Also, my collection of Lake Erie Psychedelic Sunsets in watercolor and ink on paper matched with affordable one-of-a-kind Watercolor Original Postcards numbered, matted & signed. Enjoy!

One of two botanical pencil drawings, Cardoon, matted/signed in antique gorgeous frame! I can't believe the detail that Cathryn Kapp can unearth with a pencil. You have to see this with
your own eyes up close.

Below is a sample of Mark Naftziger's work. He will be showing smaller vases, bowls and mugs. Look how gorgeous. His pottery is impeccable.

Toni Waggoner has two paintings in the show. Golden Days 20"x24" oil and Flower Garden 20"x24" oil, these paintings are even more vibrant in person. Toni has shown her work in the Laguna Beach Gallery District. She is a Cleveland native living and working in Los Angeles. We're lucky to have her show her work in Cleveland!

Below are illustration(s) done by Ralph Solonitz called Locavor Scene with Bike, Cleveland Botanical Gardens, & No Big Boxed Stores Here! I'm a big fan of Ralph's fine art cartoons.

Hand-Crafted cards, journals, jewelry, prints, original artwork, paintings &  illustrations
 by yours truly.
